TO QUALIFY AS AN APPLICANT YOU MUST:

Be a total abstainer from drugs, tobacco, or alcohol.

Be a graduating senior this year.

Be available to speak at the DUP meeting in August.

The scholarship money is to be used for furthering your education.


Write a one to two page letter of application to the scholarship committee explaining how you have demonstrated your interest and involvement in the preservation and education of the history of the Bear Lake Valley.  (This will be the emphasis of the committee’s decision.)  Also, include your future plans and educational goals, your accomplishments including cumulative GPA, your community service, and any other items that will help the scholarship committee make an informed decision.
