The Oregon Trail Center
has need of our out reach talents.  If any members would care to demonstrate a skill or talent , contact your 2nd Vice Captain.

The annual Tri-County Convention will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2013 in Thayne, Wyoming. Please contact your camp captain for times and travel arrangements.  There will be a $5 charge for lunch following the convention.

The combined closing social for all Bear Lake County camps will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at the Montpelier LDS Stake Center at 1 p.m.  This will take the place of your May meetings.

 2006 Honorees

DUP  Scholarship

Kylynne Rigby was the recipient of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers $500 Scholarship for 2006.  Miss Rigby wrote a paper telling about her interest in the preservation and education of the history of the Bear Lake Valley.

Harold Phillips Recognized by DUP

Harold Phillips was honored by the Bear Lake Daughters of Utah Pioneers for contributing and making a difference in his community.

Harold was involved in education as a principal for 26 years.  Many remembered him as an oustanding teacher who helped students become good solid citizens.

Royalty for 2006

Kylynne Rigby was selected as princess for Bear Lake Company, Daughters of Utah Pioneers.  Kylynne is eligible to try out in Salt Lake City with other DUP Company Princes for the Days of '47' Queen.

Kylynne rode in the Fourth of July and fair parades.  She is the daughter of Keene and Dellene Rigby.
